peepeyephotography 0 Posted December 1, 2004 Very interesting composition; I love the nails-jewelry-tattoo-jewelry eye movement that this creates, and the purple and green colors. Very nice Misha! -James Link to comment

james_b_cooper 0 Posted December 3, 2004 Misha, Your work is a masterpiece in the sea of current mediocrity. You add mystery and charm to rather mandane subjects better then anyone I have seen lately. Your technique is simple, but it only adds to the athmosphere and elegance. Your photos are interesting to a point where you can invent a movie around them. They are charged with eroticism more then others who try to force sexuality with forced nudity. Also choosing film as a medium was correct. No slicked-out digital smoothnes, your photos are natural with beautifull fine grain texture and just enough color to get the desired effect. This one is for film superiority, great depth of field sharpness fall-off and that superior skin tone. By the way is this a scanned print or slide or negative ? Would be interesting. Keep up the good work and keep sending us your photos. Link to comment
a. a. 1 Posted December 6, 2004 Thank you to James and Biliana for your kind words and support, just as usual. I appreciate the fact that you always check on my new works and photographs. James B. Cooper, I want to thank you for your kind words and your great observation. What you have written has made my week and month. Not just because you have complimented me (which is so kind of you) but because you have pointed out all the major aspects of my work in general, that I always try to express in my photographs! It is so good to see that they have come across, good enough, so somebody can see and feel it, the way I was intended. That is the only reason that keeps me working and trying to get better...people like you. Thank you. (On a smaller note...that was a scan off the print without any digital work on the result, as my usual.) Cheers Misha Link to comment
