Like many of your photos, briliant, you are truly blessed with your B&W skills. Can you tell me a bit about the process. I see you shoot medium format. How do you scan? Your tones are supreme, ok, enough compliments for the day... :)

Great photos. But I was wondering why the tones here seem so washed out compared to the other photos.

This is a strong shot, but I agree with the previous comments - the tonal values to too high for the subject matter. It has a very interesting feel and I like that there are a number of different textures, but the values are distractingly high.
