The Forest Path

I've played a lot with this one, but the current version ended up verysimilar to the original. Just cropped a bit off the top, andbrightened the shadowy areas a bit. would it look better with theshadows darker? does it do a good job conveying that spooky forestfeeling? your thoughts please.

by the way, the strong edges of light around some of the trees are not an artifact of PS'ing... that's how they actually looked from the strong sunbeam.

Only one word for it- atmospheric.

The longer I look at it, the more I appreciate this photo. The dark shadows works just fine for me.
