This was taken in downtown richmond outside the site of a burned

warehouse, you can see pics of the fire in my single photos section,

anyway I was walking by this fence and the caution tape was dancing

in the wind, since it was very windy... I decided to stick around and

let it dance for my camera this was one of the good ones. Comments
