Great sea, Ernst. I particularly like the smooth and kind waves converging to the distant horizon in the background. Well seen and well done. Bravo!

Very well seen, and composed. Although this is quite trivial, I think you'd have more impact with this if it were framed in White? Allows you to see more of the intermediate tones in the image. Just a thought. Still giving you the max rating 7/7.

I like the toning you have got with this image, as well as the pattern, but I think it may also have more strengh, breaking the monotony, if could see some "left" things on one chair, such as handbag, or a hat, or clothing...

The only thing the precent me to give full marks to this one is the little portion of chair we see on the bottom middle of the photo. I do not agree completely with some comments about the fact that it is missing something. Too often do we see this kind of shot with someone placed on the intersection of the "rule of third" lines. It is 6A/7O like it is now, would be 7 without the chair part in the bottom, and maybe 5 or 6 on originality if you add something on one chair.

I like the way all chairs seem to have been created equal, in this large pattern, but close inspection shows dents, scratches and graffiti giving an individuality to each.

I can only chime in the list of comments against the foreground cropped chair. I also wish it was not there.

Ernst, to me this is a very evocative composition. The tone gives the feeling that a most ominous event is about to take place. Perhaps a meeting that will determine the fate of mankind or maybe just a punk rock concert. Well done.
