leepix 0 Posted November 19, 2004 Great location! Congrats on creating an image that evokes emotion. It is quiet and yet, slightly disturbing. Just like some dreams and life itself. Nice going! I would love to see a bit more exploration in this place. Where did you find this room? Link to comment
n_myers 0 Posted November 20, 2004 While the photo is technically good, the concept of "Longing" is a mystery. The two objects of interest in this photo, the girl and the room itself, are complete contrast, yet this contrast is not exploited and neither subject is emphasized. The "out of place" feeling that the photo creates only makes the viewer wonder what the idea of photo is. Perhaps, I am trying to over-simplify my view of art, but I cannot see "Longing" in this photo. This picture was made skillfully, however, I do see that. I am merely sharing my observation. I feel that if a person is to grow in any type of artistic endevor, critiques must be more than "nice pic". Link to comment

merlayphotography 0 Posted November 20, 2004 Your work is, in my opinion, one of the most original and interesting one that I can see from all the web sites I have a look to and all the exhibitions about photography I visit. I love it. Thank you for sharing it with us. Just one regret for the small size of your images. When will you make an exhibition in Paris ? If this arrives one day, please let me know. Best regards. harnstrom1 0 Posted November 20, 2004 This is interesting. Eye-catching and mind-catching. The technique is superb with blue tones against the woman. I guess there are not many photographers who reaches up to this capacity. Link to comment
