Sogokon 0 Posted November 16, 2004 Many thanks to all of you! Tonight I've re-done that image and it seems to me that Fruits "played" better. Previous picture has been updated and is attached below. What do you think? Link to comment

michaelseewald 237 Posted November 16, 2004 your new one is not as rich on the fruit. but this one is too dramatic of a change of light to the shadowed areas. maybe get back a little and get a more gentle light falloff and you will have a real winner. blessings, ms Link to comment

chkfoto 0 Posted November 16, 2004 The sharpness of the lighting and post processing of your first image lends indiviuality to each piece of fruit and each grape, making it more interesting to me. The lighting in your second attempt seems to have flattened everything into one element, thus taking away the visual variety. Link to comment
gcanyon 0 Posted November 16, 2004 I love the play of the light on the little tomato to the left, and the sparkle off the fan. This looks almost like a painting. Very nice. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 17, 2004 Very nice and so artistically arranged and composed. Everything flows together nicely. Link to comment
tracywynn 0 Posted November 17, 2004 Superior capture in all aspects. The composition and light are perfect. Your entire collection of these still lifes is absolutely the best, and in particular I admire your lighting technique. Kudos! Link to comment
whinterberger 0 Posted November 17, 2004 Wonderful light on the first image, I don't particularly like the second one. BTW , I think the 'little tomato' is actually a rosehip... Link to comment
