Yes, 'beautiful' but terribly dull, in that it is predictably clean and technically perfect; the sort of photo that goes down well on photo.net. It looks like its been through photoshop for a good filtering out of anything gritty.

Like I said...its dull, dull, dull, "Now students, you all have your cameras, go out and take a picture of something and bring it back tomorrow...."

Thanks Damon. In fact, I am quite please with your comment. I'm glad I have therefore shot a nice picture. Actually there wasn't anything "gritty" that I had to edit from this image. I shot it in RAW and it was indeed as wonderful as it came. Thank again...

What's unhelpful? Comments giving false praise on what is essentially a very average image are far worse...go through the remarks made above and see which one actually gives ANY technical feedback of value. My impression is that you're looking for false praise and that you're not really interested in the real quality of your photography. Is that NOT the case?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the ratings are A-aesthetics & O-originality. I noted no T-for technical skills. You already adressed the technical aspect John. "decently exposed" Now be quiet unless you have something constructive to say or we'll give you detention! A teacher, most assuredly, you are not. A problem child is more likely. You're such a Neanderthal, one I forgot to mention that came to mind. LOL

Don't you know man that you just flat CANNOT take pictures that good with a 10D. Stop and think, the 50D is currently on the market and the 60D can't be far behind! Get yourself an UP TO DATE CAMERA and stop taking these kinds of great shots with something that hasen't been sold for several years! (Now excuse me while I go somewhere and try to get my tongue unstuck from my cheek!)
