kenji 0 Posted November 8, 2004 This is Brunei's National Mosque sorrounded by a lovely water channel. The ship in the foreground is concrete and is adorned with beatiful tiles of all colours and gold. Link to comment

wilsontsoi 0 Posted November 8, 2004 Very nice reflection, Kenny! Pretty much symetrical. I also like the muted colors. ^_^ Link to comment
john falkenstine 1 Posted November 9, 2004 Looks like a quickie exposure for some tourist agency that's selling packaged tours.....Aside from being a decently exposed photograph, I don't see anything here that triggers anything for me... Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted November 9, 2004 Hate to disagree with John and all (LOL), but this is very asthetically pleasing to the eye. I love the gold tones and the blue of the sky in all the right places. Much more than a tourist shot. You've broken the general rule of thirds, but it works very nicely. Nice capture. Such wonderful detail. Link to comment
kenji 0 Posted November 9, 2004 Thanks for all the comments, good friends of Photo.Net. And even John. Intepretation of a picture is of course quite subjective and what we think and say is indeed influenced by our own personal past experiences. Thus, I appreciate your comments as it is another addition to pocket into my life experience as a photographer. Cheers!!! Link to comment
