Landrum Kelly 65 Posted November 6, 2004 Nice! As if the mesas in the foreground and middle distance were not enough, those in the far distance are awe-inspiring.Buen título también.(Morey, maybe you could donate a free hour of therapy to the idiot who gave you a pair of twos.) Link to comment
morey_kitzman 0 Posted November 6, 2004 Steve, Lannie, Darko and Rashid...thank you for your kind comments. I liked this image too, not sure why, maybe the sculptural quality. Best regards, Morey. Link to comment

john falkenstine 1 Posted November 9, 2004 Ara actually is quite correct and polite. My observation: Composition: not so hot to almost really bad. Exposure quality: also average to "less than" 90% of the image is hazy background with no detail Lower L/H is sort of in focus. It might have been slightly better in color. Large scenery requires large film and large cameras...and the ability to absorb large comments. Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted November 18, 2004 I totally disagree with John opinion. Notably about the "hazy background with no detail". This brings depth to the photo. This is the "aerial perspective" principle (not sure of the word "aerial"; air, aerian ? but I think you see what I mean). Moreover, the mesa in the distance produces a shock. One expect to see only the sky here, and there is this rocky mass which arise. For me this is a great photo. Link to comment
