good but perhaps not as good as some of the others in the folder....not sure why I have that absolutely unconscious subjective not to worry about impression......too many lights, too many elements....maybe not..

Matt, this photo and the photo of man 2 are my favorites of this grouping, "Dive Bar." In this shot above, you consciously pull the camera out, giving us a view to the outside thru sheer curtains, the patrons at the table unaware, and the man at the bar, who is looking at you, bringing you, the photographer into the shot also. It's the identifying shot you needed to take, taken. This is the shot that makes me want to sit down at the bar. It mixes the outside with the inside, the natural light with indoor lighting, and anonymous with knowing glances. Mary
