Virginia Water Infrared Waterfall, Windsor, UK, 2004

Hi All,

 

This is my first foray into the world of Photo.net. Standard is so

high, I had to start with one of my personal favourites - the

manmade waterfall at Virginia Water, Windsor. Image is taken with a

converted Sony DSC-F717. Any critiques & ways to improve on the

image would be much appreciated. I hope to take the same image with

the autumn colours & post it here soon.

I love that picture very much 7/7. I would like to start posting pictures here too but unfortunately I have not reached the undoubtly VERY high standard here at photo.net by now.

Extraordinary photo.. You have done a beautiful stitch and captured a eloquent moment. Long exposure and the choice of color has given this photo a dream like feeling that is soothing and disturbing at the same time.

I live about 5 miles from from where this photo was taken. Definately the best image I have feen of the waterfall! well done 7/7
