dirksville 0 Posted October 5, 2004 This is definitely one of the most unique cathedrals I've ever seen. These are all real human bones, which makes it even more interesting. Any comments and ratings much appreciated. Link to comment
wickedmartini 0 Posted October 6, 2004 I'd be interested in seeing this as a B&W image... Link to comment
lucyhollis 2 Posted February 23, 2006 This angle makes it look like to me that the bones are about to slide off the table onto me, and that I know I should do something, except my hands seem firmly behind my back and now I'm feeling a bit squeemish...! For this, the composition helps the viewer have a much deeper interaction with the photo than just a repulsion to a pile of bones. I've seen similar bones in a cathedral's catacombs, in Peru (Lima), except that they weren't nicely displayed, only huge bins of sorted bones. The quantity was amazing though! Link to comment
