Good shot. I love the action of the waves and you capture a good sense of the scale of the lake. The things that I feel are negatives here are the the large area of blank sky and the man-made thing (beacon?) on the shore. Cropping those out makes this a lot more powerful and focuses my eye on the crashing waves, which for me was the most intriguing part of the picture.

You definitely need to crop out the sky... too distracting.

More water and less sky would be better in my opinion. There is no detail at all in the sky, but the water is definitely interesting.

6,6 The waves are great. I like the beacon, it adds a sense of 'coast' for me. I am not sure about how I feel about the sky, cropping out too much leaves me with some inbalance.
