Two things bother me about this image. One, it's too busy, and the white area behind the guy's head is too distracting. Perhaps of you cropped the photo closer and kept only the upper body+flute and the flag?

If only this man's hair was with the period he respresents this image would rule. The flag is right but the head neads more hair... LOL... still, I like it (untypical of your black and whites though... perhaps keep the flag colors and turn everything else greytoned?
