Pergola in Blue

I so admire this shot. It's perfect in my eyes. lines, texture, color contrasting. I like the slight shadows captured giving askewed focal points. It's simple and pure. Great eye... fabulous shot... 7/7

I have to agree with Erin. What I like about this, too, is the color scheme...the deep vibrant blue and the gray boards. (did you selectively desaturate or is this naturally occurring?) And then of course the shadows just add more interest. The texture of the wood is wonderful....the more I look, the more there is to like!! 7/7

No desaturating, but I did tweak contrast to make the grain of the wood show up and to increase the contrast of the wood against the sky. Other than a slight crop, that is all the PS. I should check the "unmanipulated" box I suppose.
