The sky here is completely blown out. I would have shot this at a more opportune time or I would have tried to adjust exposure in some way.

thx Jennifer. Just after the shot I saw it was a little overexposed, and I try to make another shot but the cow don't want to clean it nose again...

You could try a square crop, keeping only the funny cow, and getting rid of the left side with the overexposed sky. That could solve your problem with the sky AND keep the amusing shot of the cow.
