Lately i've been trying on some new ideas in photoshop. Various photoshop techniques together with a careful selection of textures and a thought out pose make this picture what it is... a suffocated scream.

Interesting image. The subtle use of the film-strip format to suggest a film still is very effective here. I'd be interested to know how you treated the face. Really well done I think. 6/7
