good color capture. i note that the roof line is slightly crooked and i think this detracts from what would be a great image. you have the window frame and the shape of the porch and all that color including the steps that lead right into this image.

nice but a little complicated in my opinion. I love to get close up so for me there are so many possibilities in this shot, like the dog and the first 4 or 5 steps of the stairs in portrait mode or the fence and the dog tied by his leash in landscape mode. Just because that is how I may do some things differently doesnt mean your work is not artistic or creative. The difference in opinion is around preference not lighting or angles etc. Your shot is an A5/O6 in my opinion

i like your shots

It is a little too busy for me too, but the colors are awesome. Would prefer to see a bit more detail in the shadow areas, which I think is too black/detailess. I love the window on the bottom left corner, and would have (also) taken a detail shot of that window ... and red fence!
