matthewriggle 11 Posted July 27, 2004 This is an old bridge across the Ohio River that planners in the area would like to tear down. They have run into a little snag though. It turns out the rare Peregrine Falcon uses it as a home. Personally, I think it fits the town it serves. Ironton is a river city that was established in the early 1800's. It contains architecture from just about every era the US has experienced, and this older bridge is just part of that broad history. Comments appreciated. Link to comment
