Walter, I like the illusion of a horizonless blue sky extending behind the mountains (probably visually blending seamlessly with the ocean)  and the alternating layers as the eye follows the path from the foreground to infinity. Well exposed, too, you captured a wide dynamic range.

As I clicked to see larger, I see you updated the image, for me, the original worked better.

Thanks Peter. I agree with you about the original working better than this one; for me, I thought the composition was stronger. I basically have two useable shots of this, a landscape orientation (this one above) and a portrait orientation, which was the original in this posting. I felt the original needed more work and I will try to get that one posted on this page again soon so the comments that everyone left make sense. 

The replacement image above is a new scan whereas the original was a scan from several years ago. I just made a new scan of that one and will be posting it soon. Regards.
