Whitewater Kayak Practice in the Chiliwack River

Practicing during low water at the Chilliwack river; this was taken with a manual focus Hanimex 500mm mirror lens that I no longer lose. Hard to control, not perfect, but used to get some very good results with it.Thoughts about the composition at all? Things were moving so quickly, this was what I wound up with that day.

I think it needs a little more exposire, as well as more space to see the violence of the white water around him.
