davidweaverphoto 3 Posted July 6, 2004 Ho Dorian, "blown out" refers to the highlights or the high key areas of the image. In the background this is the street and sky as the detail is "blown out" or overexposed in this case. For the foreground the reflection on the mixing board is also over exposed. If either the foreground or the background had some more detail then I feel this image would have more to offer me. IMO is In My Opinion, or another way of saying this is all just my opinion and take it or leave it as it is just my opinion. I hope that helps!
