I would let much more space in the left.

The white background is too bright for the exposure of the plane....or the plane is too dark for the background. I would have liked to see more texture in the plane. See if you can ask him to come around again :)

The aircraft is properly exposed. Unfortunately, the conditions that morning consisited of high humidity and thick cloud, therefore an overexposed sky - I did ask him to come around again - he didn't.....
