good timing and nice composition ... the otter looking at the camera really makes it significantly better. in addition, the otter swimming into the picture leads the eye into the photo .... Very nicely done !!

I agree with Michael about the tight crop around the bottom and left. Such a shame to miss the whole of the reflection. Is it possible to 'add' a little water in Photoshop? Like the colour reflected in the water, and the closeness of the otter and pup. Good to see eye contact.
