I remember the original!

 

I remember admiring this photo before. The original I 'thought' was better. However, when I revisited your portfolio, the two images seem the same.

 

Did you change the original picture as well?

Between the original and the current revision, the colour of the vest and the contrast in the mountains/sky has been accentuated a little more. The original was PS 7.0 and the current revision, PS CS, using the shadows/highlite adjustment. The differences are more obvious on the tiff images and the PN compression algorithm seems to decrease the influence of the positive changes. Compare both images again and look at the areas I discussed.
