rod_rumble 0 Posted June 19, 2004 Interesting use of the wide angle. A lot of us amateurs would use a normal or telephoto to emphasize the mountain, instead of the sea. Did you use a UV or polarizing filter? (I nearly drowned there a few years ago, but I think it is the most beautiful island on earth.) Link to comment
eyes on asia 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Yes Rod, I agree there are a few places on earth offering that visual thrill, as Bora Bora is capable of.I did use a Pol Filter for two reasons: I sat in a chopper with windows and because of the water surface. Even though there is nothing wrong with reflections, in this case they did not make part of my idea for the picture. Link to comment
