luke 0 Posted June 23, 2004 This one I took while in Esfahan-Iran. I spent nearly 8 months in Iran and after that time I had no troubles with photography. With the limited help of my Persian language I was able to negotiate entrance to any Mosque or Holy Sites. Experiences well worth it. Original of this picure is colour, but I think b&w is more powerfull. What do you think? Link to comment
james_slanger1 0 Posted June 23, 2004 Good shot, but the sunlit portion could use more detail. Link to comment
petejr 0 Posted June 23, 2004 Pavel, I see a tighter cropping-eliminating the left had side and some of the top. In addition, I'd like to see more detail on the floor. With your indulgence, I've uploaded what I see. Link to comment
tango_elturco 0 Posted June 25, 2004 I would crop it differently, leaving the empty space in front of woman. I uploaded the version I did. Cropping this way improved the feeling of a prayer for me. Though I gotta remind I am just a beginner in photography. One more question as a muslim guy, in my country you don't want go close to praying people due to respect. Didn't she object?
