Photograph was taken from the roof top of a 10 story building at midnight.The building and street is illumunated with streetlights. Exposure time = 30 seconds,at 80mm of AF NIKKOR 35-80mm lens.Over-exposure in some portion due to high exposure time and under-exposure in some portion due to dark night has given a misterious look !

interesting mix of various lighting here. might want to play with levels in PS to get rid of the slight brightness.
