robidooo 0 Posted June 3, 2004 Give me the feeling of the end of a touristic season near the beach, when just the local people stays there. I like it. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted June 8, 2004 Beautiful light... but! IMHO this quiet and sad vista deserves the maximum attention to compositional details. IMHO you should strive not have the horizon so much in the middle by, perhaps, cropping some of the forground sand. Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted June 9, 2004 For some artsy reason I wanted that "triangular" rock in the lower left, kind of as an anchor. But then I noticed the shape of the sand versus the water, gave me the triangular echo I was looking for. I don't agree, I like my version best, but interesting discussion. I love your work and value your opinion highly, thank you for taking the time to offer your opinion. I am honored. J. Link to comment
sionnac 0 Posted July 8, 2004 I like the composition and the weight of the clouds on the left, with the airiness/openness on the right. As a New Englander, it reminds me of the geographical relationship with the West of Ireland (one of my favorite places!) Link to comment
threeleaf 0 Posted July 10, 2004 Aha - Galway bay - I was only in that kneck of the woods once. I did live in Donegal for 3 years though and the beaches up there look just like this too. Well captured - the ruggedness of and Irish beach on the atlantic side, stormy clouds, energetic waves and bunches of seaweed - perfect photograph Link to comment
