mmr 0 Posted May 26, 2004 Excellent composition! Nice colors - did you use a pol-filter? Link to comment
pedja 1 Posted May 26, 2004 Thank you for the kind words. I've just added to technical details that no filters had been used. Link to comment
pawel_stradowski 0 Posted May 26, 2004 Extremely low contrast! At first I was anxious to increase the contrast to make the photo stand out even more, but on the other hand Im afraid you would lose too many details. I believe you made the right choice. Its a beautiful low-contrast landscape with many valuable details. Although that is a common landscape, I like it a lot. All the best Link to comment
5711 0 Posted May 26, 2004 yes very well done.. the scenary is quite pleasant to look at. but the resolution seems a bit low.. the details down at the boats.. or is it just cause i haven got my glasses on :) i dont know :) its great bye Link to comment

michelegereon 0 Posted May 26, 2004 Provate a scattare con la stessa inquadratura in orari diversi, preferibilmente al mattino e alla sera. Saluti...Michele. Link to comment
johannes_felten 0 Posted May 26, 2004 Although a little more contrast might be helpful here, the scenery is rich in details which makes this a very interesting shot. Link to comment
peten 0 Posted May 26, 2004 Perfect composition & I rather like the muted pastel colours-very tranquil. Regards Pete. Link to comment
hakon1 0 Posted May 26, 2004 Nice subject with a lot of detail. The image is very pleasing to look at. Personally I would probably have used a low grain film with more saturation like Velvia (my favorite) and possibly a polarizer. This would reduce the flatness though which may be desirable. It's a keeper!! Link to comment
brandon hale 0 Posted May 27, 2004 Very Nice! I also think a little Velvia rated at 30 or so would make the colors brighter. A very nice image. Brandon Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted May 27, 2004 Predrag, I have stopped by this image a couple of times now to really give myself a chance to think about it. My first reaction was that I wanted the greens and the waters and the sky to be more saturated in color. I have changed my mind, though. The muted colors make this a very attractive image. The different shapes of the waters add pleasing geometries. And ... I also like the details that you have captured in the vegetation and in the sky. Nice work!! Link to comment
robert holmes 0 Posted May 27, 2004 You have done your country a great favour by taking such a lovely photo...I had no idea that Serbia/Montengro was so mountainous and beautiful...It is such a pleasant change from the war photos that we were fed by the media... Link to comment
guido_fulgenzi 0 Posted May 27, 2004 Nice shot!At the first place I had the same thought about giving a little more contrast, then I've considered that leaving this pic as it was the best choice. Link to comment
bozovic 0 Posted May 27, 2004 While the photo itself is very attractive it lacks presentational qualities. Your b/w pictures have borders and frames surrounding the picture which make it look richer. Perhaps you could consider adding such elements to this nice pic. Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted May 27, 2004 Very nice scenic, Predrag. I really like the composition. I think the contrast is fine. The day was obviously partly cloudy and overcast. In this situation, I would suggest using a more saturated color slide film like Velvia or E100VS. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted May 27, 2004 Beautiful palette, Predrag, which makes a fantastic landscape. I, also, agree about the reccomendation to use Velvia a nd a polarizer. As well, a frame would add to this great image. Link to comment
