You have a good picture as far as "the moment"

suggest some Pshop and erase the reflections of the round lights above and the frame of the window

I wish she didn't have her hand in her pocket but I like it. Would it help to crop of the top 10-15 percent or so??

Thanks for your comments; although I wanted to keep it the way it is because this picture was not a Posed shot, but rather a candid shot.
