Long exposure, tight apeture, I tried to tell a story like all good journalistic

shots should?

I'd move the lights out of the background and show a little more of the area around the car. I'ma fan of starbursts but the lights detract too much. Also I'd like to see the crime scene tapr but where it is just gets in the way.
