steve_patterson 0 Posted March 28, 2004 Over the last several years, I've returned again and again to shoot Portland's Japanese Garden, one of the most beautiful, peaceful places I've ever been. It looks natural, but every twig is pruned and shaped to emulate an ideal vision of nature, all in keeping with Zen thought. This was shot on a day of alternating overcast and sun on Delta 400, a tripod, and f32. Also, there's a bunch of new stuff in my "New Work" folder with more to come. Link to comment
jen_capone 0 Posted March 31, 2004 somehow, though the contrast is there, I am not seeing the trees clear enough to rest my eye on any one thing. The tranquility that should be there isn't coming through. Loose/wash out the trees except for the cherry tree. Maybe. Link to comment
