Too Simple ?

interesting composition, with strong lines (especially of the shadow) in a harmonic interaction with each other facilitating the eye of the viewer. however, i admitt that personally i find abit disturbing the liquid in the end of the corrosed metal, and i would prefer decay in all its glory!

Hi Loft, Nothing is too simple. I love the way the hook looks like it's floating. Wonderful imagination beautifully captured as always ;)

Need to work on depth of field. Hook not entirely in focus.

This isn't too simple for me, but I'm a simple minded kind of guy. The perspective, hard light, and lines of wood grain all suggest strength. The shadow works well. As noted in a previous comment, I'd prefer the image without the liquid at the hook end.

Looks good. Simple not necessary means "too". As simple as our life is.

Hi Loft - Noty too simle at all - very nice angle and great shadow. The wood makes a very nice background with the strong lines into the blue sky. Very very good. The only thing I would possibly have changed would be the froth from the top of hook - I'm guessing this is from your earlier beer shot? Great work again Loft - you are a strong contributer of qualiy images.
