I'm getting into music photography as a career soon, so I'm looking

for criticism to help me improve.

use of flash in music photography, especially live is probably the worst thing to do. it only works in very limited situations as live muisic is normally already lit and what you are trying to capture is what is happening. using flash brings out details such as the sides of stage that aren't meant to be lit up. good luck though, it's a tough field to work in, just keep taking the photos
