Arequipa, Peru

This is a monistary that once was home to over 300 nuns. Today about 50

live here but in modern quarters. The monistary takes up an entire street

block. The colorful sections help one from not getting lost.

Wonderful color! This is a terrificly bold piece. I especially like the repetition of shapes in the door frames. Great shot!

I was here last April....there is a great picture everywhere you look, isn't there? I must have shot 4 rolls of film here. A good view, I like it!

Beautifully done. It's a long way to Peru from here, but I can see I'll have to add it to my list.
