for this pic, i would like to see the crop lower and less on the left/above. If you use photoshop or similar perhaps to fade the colors in the background would give more life to the rider. nice shot. IMO

I think the cropping would leave to little room to a horse in high speed, as the left hand side would be shorter as well as the upper part of the photo. I've been using Photoshop for some while now. But one thing I just don't like is to crop my images in the computer, I also don't like to fade or blur the background or any other object in this way. I use to do all the cropping when I'm shooting. In this case, as I used the panning technique -- which most of the time is a surprise --, I couldn't prevent the horse to be where it is. Any way, I'm very pleased for your comment. Thank you very much.
