jwenting 0 Posted July 4, 2001 Not all that much to be done. Most airliner windows make for poor photos. Try a polariser and a UV or Skylight 1A filter to remove as much as possible the reflection off and inside the window, and to reduce atmospheric haze. Airliner windows are made from multiple layers of plastic, with the inner and outer one often scratched. They are also curved to follow the fuselage (which means the inner portion has a different curvature from the outer one). No attention is usually spent on making them perfect optical surfaces. All combined make for quite some distortion and artifacts in the photo. Yours is actually quite good. Link to comment
