I dont know why, but your pic gave me the sense taht it was taken in the early 70s. I love the contrasts and the fact that the people in the picture already has walked a bit away from you. I think I would try to center the street more to enhance the feeling of depth by cutting the pic on the right side. Otherwise I like your pic a lot.

Tones are great in this. Rating this would depend on what you were shooting it for. I don't see a lot of art value in it, but give it twenty years or so and Im sure it will be a great piece to have.

Simple idea, but well-executed. Nice, sharp detail, good contrast.
