robertbrown 1 Posted July 2, 2001 Shot this using and 89b filter on a fairly bright day (I'm near the coast)! Trying to use the infared to capture a feeling. Hope it works. Thanks for your comments. They are appreciated. Link to comment
mike_bikes 0 Posted July 2, 2001 Has that "after nuclear war" feel to me, good photo. Link to comment
jennifercatron 9 Posted July 2, 2001 I like the effect here, makes the place look totally deserted. You also get a bit scared that something bad is going to happen. Nice effect. Not sure that was what you were aiming for though. Link to comment
james___ 0 Posted July 2, 2001 I like it better with the house on the left cropped out. It makes the RR sign much more prominent which to me is the center of attention here. You already have a house on the right hand side. The left hand house competes too much and is redundant. I like the effect of the color too. Very nice image. James Link to comment
blago 0 Posted July 9, 2001 I think the charm of this photo is that it shows how a small place can be made to look vast and expressive. 8/7. Blago Link to comment

think27 0 Posted December 14, 2001 This is my favorite in Svensen Island folder. Love IR! The red tones really set it apart.. Link to comment
seven 0 Posted December 16, 2001 It really does seem ominous, as if something weird is about to happen - well done. Link to comment
wendy_woods 0 Posted March 8, 2002 This is top notch infrared, and I am astounded at your separation of the blacks/whites and colors. Normally duotones don't give you this separation. Gorgeous. Link to comment
karen_siebert 0 Posted May 20, 2003 I LOVE THIS PICTURE. IT IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT. IS THE RED DONE IN PS OR IS THAT HOW IT CAME OUT WITH THE FILTER USED? Link to comment
