Good texture, tones and composition. I'd try a horizontal crop at the big door's lowermost space, from where the light's streaming in - bringing the ladder into a meaningful prominence.

This is a great shot. Nice mood. You've also shown me how good c-41 process b&w could be. Naturually I'm afraid of the stuff. Heard it produced ugly off white/sepia colors but yours looks find to me. Also have an "nentendo n80" myself, great camera. I actually think the door is much more interesting than the ladder. This image has a very nice mood which I find attractive.
