pawel1 0 Posted April 12, 2004 The B&W is very effective in contrasting the pattern on the tiger with the pattern of the plants. I understand your title "not my litter", but I would prefer this image as a tiger portrait, with the bottom portion (including the can) cropped out. In other words, it is a very effective image of the tiger; not a very effective image for an eco-statement. Link to comment
amrish patel 0 Posted April 12, 2004 Pawel, Why would an image of the tiger be interesting on it's own? The can was discarded onto the bush in front of the mural on the wall. The title is slightly tongue in cheek. PS: You really do need to post some images onto your space. Link to comment
pawel1 0 Posted April 12, 2004 Amrish, Upon closer examination, I realize now that it is a poster of a tiger, not a live tiger! As a small image on my monitor at work, I didn't realize that it was a picture of a picture. With respect to posting my images - I am an anachronism..... my cameras are completely manual (they don't even have batteries in them!), I use film, and I do not have photoshop. Having said that, the lab I use scans, digitizes and prints for me, so I am going to take the PS plunge later this year and start scanning (and eventually uploading) my own images. Thanks for trying to check out my page! Link to comment
