Do you mind rating and commenting on this photo in regards how can I improve my photo techniques?

You were able to get good exposure for both, the buildings in shadow and the one in the sun. However, I don't find much else compelling about this photo...

you have a study in contrasts here: sun/shadow, warmth/snow, frozen/melted, bright red/dull gray. You have clarity and detail, but there's not really a focal point, energy, a story, or an obvious point to the image.
