I know the sound of which you speak. Here in Arkansas it is almost time to go out and kill a few ducks. Nothing like the sound of 250,000 (yes, that many) ducks and snow geese taking flight. Nice color on this.

Really love the birds against the beautiful sky. Pretty original.

 

Fred, it is nice to know the drought condition in Colorado is getting better in the last 1-2 years.

What a "blast" it must have been to be there Fred. Great capture of the beauty Mother Nature has for us. I hope to get to see some of these this winter. They congregate on our eastern shores in mid December. I hope it is not too late!

Regina: It is always fun. Be sure to try and see them this winter in your area.

 

The temperature that morning was around 20°f. It did warm up into the 50s later in the day.
