It is. Daniel Libeskind designed a building ensemble with a convex and concave facade for the newly designed square at the upper end of Königsallee. Glass and travertine, a light natural stone, characterize the exterior of the five-story building. The façade is enlivened by the skilful interplay of materials and the slanted, green niches. Since opening in autumn 2013, the Kö-Bogen has been an exclusive part of the Düsseldorf shopping scene. Regards, Franz

Hi Franz,

you have documented the amazing architecture of this building very well without making it look static. The lines and shapes you have included, the people walking by and the precipitation (is it snow?) add dynamics to this image. Kind regards, Vincent
