A remote road in northern Norway

I like it.

I will tell you the first two words that came to my lips when I saw this photo: "Moody. Cool." Really nicely done to have the detail and color in such a dark setting.

I was driving down this road on the way to Lofoten islands in March

1998. When I saw the scene here I just had to stop and take a picture

of the approaching car before it was gone - traffic was rather light!

I love it! Great mood. It feels like your there when looking at it.

My first words when I saw this: There is no photo-weather! The camera should be stand by all the time! Was the car positioned by you or by luck? For me it is an important part of the image.

The car was passing by and I grabbed the opportunity. :-)

I have never been there, but this photo captures the cold and isolation I would imagine for Norway.

A very original composition, and in difficult lighting conditions. This one should have rated higher.

I am going to north norway in a month, so I am happy to discover this image here on photo.net. Nice atmosphere. A light trail of the car-lamps due to a long exposure would give the image a kick.
