to the best of my vast and varied knowledge, you rarely, if ever, agree with anything!

Can't you see the pocket watch, Jamie boy? Can it symbolise time, maybe? Or the chain, can it symbolize limitation and the frightened eyes don't show fear?

To make an image interesting is to make it surprise, amaze or even confuse those who are looking at it,

this image creeps me out. I don't mean that as a critical note, it's actually like a compliment. You succeeded very well in bringing the props together to make your point, and even better in making them look good together in PS. I like the lighting and the detail. I have to say that the background looks to be a vertical plane and the foreground a horizontal one, but that's probably just my perception. Well done! Kind regards, Vincent
