Pierre, I seem to remember another portrait of this man, one which you shot at the same location. To me, the man's entire face and the rest of his head's that visible have a look that's entirely natural. I like how the viewer has to decide on a story the image's appearance supports. My take on it is that the man is alone at a table, perhaps waiting for a server to deliver his meal. His head position is very slightly pointed down, which tells me that he is engrossed in thought.
