tai 3 Posted June 23, 2021 Wonderful find, image and title, Jack! You made me laugh! I think all the characters in the frame have their own paranoia. Perhaps the big-nosed character suffers from intrusive ads. All of us are in danger of a nervous breakdown from unbearable contextual advertising. Well captured! Bravo! Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment
bruckner 530 Posted June 23, 2021 Well seen and presented, to me the stickers add to this paint paranoia dimension, I like it. Take care. Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted June 23, 2021 Hi Jack, I have to say I do not understand your title. I see a bluish-grey background with spray paint and two stickers in totally different colors that I can't connect in any way to the background other than not fitting in visually. There is a third piece of paper with a drawing on it, which is remarkable, but doesn't tell me much more. Maybe I'm just looking for a meaning where there is only the beauty of composition, contrast and visual anomaly, which is certainly more than enough for me to like this image. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
DGorinstein 20 Posted June 25, 2021 Hello dear old friend Jack: You already know how much it pleases me to see you back on this platform. No sooner did I open the page and with a great sigh of relief I glanced at a thumbnail and I instantly recognized Mr. Macritchie was behind this very unique image. I cannot adequately describe with words, but it is unmistakeably yours, so without hesitation, I wanted just to thank you, as far as I'm concerned, that you are back in PN posting your very special, interesting, and psychologically challenging images, let alone the special technical attributes imbued by you in your work. A sigh of relief and pleasure. Please stay with us. I honestly believe there are new names and new, creative work. There is sooooo much inside this graffiti that it is mind-blowing, as the title you selected. My best wishes for your personal well-being. So very glad to "see you" through your one-of-a-kind photographic character. All the best!!! Daniel. Link to comment
